Shipping Policy

Uniform Lines works with independent third-party delivery companies (Mandub) to deliver orders across Qatar.

• Delivery fees are determined by the Mandub and are paid directly to them.
• Uniform Lines is not responsible for delivery charges, delivery schedules, delays, or changes made by the delivery company.
• Once your order is ready, your contact details and delivery location may be shared with the Mandub to complete the delivery.
• The Mandub will contact you directly upon arrival.
• Payment is cash on delivery only. Card payments are currently not accepted.

Estimated Delivery Time

• Minimum: 2 hours
• Maximum: 2 days
• Typical delivery timeframe: 1–3 days depending on location and delivery schedules.

Return & Refund Policy

Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions

• Items must be unused, in good condition, and returned in their original packaging.
• Original packaging must be intact and undamaged.
• Returns will not be accepted if the packaging is torn, damaged, or missing.
• All returned items are subject to inspection before approval.

Refunds

• Approved returns will receive a full refund of the product value.
• Delivery fees may not be refundable, depending on the delivery company's policy.
• Refunds are issued in cash.
• Refund processing typically takes 1–3 business days after the returned item has been inspected and approved.

Uniform Lines reserves the right to refuse any return or refund request that does not meet the conditions outlined above.
