Refund policy

Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving the item.
The item must be in good condition and in the original, undamaged packaging.
Damaged or ripped packaging will not be accepted, even if the item was the wrong size.
A full refund will be issued only if the product and packaging are in proper condition.
Delivery fees may not be refunded, depending on the delivery company (mandub).
We will inspect the item before processing your refund.
Refunds will be given in cash by the mandub, and the process may take 1 to 3 days.
